1. I cannot install Active-X on Internet Explorer.
If you are using WindowsXP SP2 version, please follow the following steps.
Step 1
If the following bar pops up click on the area with red boundary.
Step 2
When asked of installation as shown below, click on install.
If such option is not asked, modify the following options on Internet Explorer.
Step 3
ActiveX will be imported from the DVR as below once you click install.
Step 4
Authorization process must be completed to import video images from the DVR. Please enter the USER ID/PASSWORD.
Step 5
If the USER ID/PASSWORD is entered correctly, video images from the DVR will be imported through the network as shown below.
